Stuffed peppers I made tonight for dinner!

• Cook 1/2 cup of quinoa 
• While quinoa is cooking sauteé green beans, onions, garlic, carrots, and whatever you want in there!
• Cut a bunch of sweet peppers in half and clear them out
• In a big bowl mix the quinoa and satueéd veggies with some spices, pepper, whatever you want
• Fill up the peppers and place on a cooking sheet
• Cook at 375 degrees for 30-40 mins
